GOVERNMENT HOUSING LOAN SUBSIDY

The Cyprus Government has introduced plans to support households by subsidizing interest rates on new housing loans.

The plan is summarized as follows:

​

• Max. loan €300,000

• Max. interest rate subsidy 1.5%

• This subsidy is valid for 4 years from the first loan repayment.

• Cannot be combined with other similar govt. plans.

• Valid for loans taken from 01/03/2020 until 31/12/2020
